Abstract

In the talk I will present several recent results in the growing area of Neuroeconomics. The topics will include the role of learning and planning, the role of emotions in decisions, the importance of the personality characteristics in strategic behavior. In each case an effort will be made to test whether traditional concepts of Game Theory as well as, more generally, economic theory, are useful in the enterprise of determining the neural foundation of human behavior.
